Its the year 2055 and the world isn't like the one you may have expected if you were living in 2009. Nuclear war threatened the world and it had more consequences then one may dare to imagine. It stopped the working order of things. The governments lost all control of the global population with riots taking to the streets. War, famine and disease have spread from continant to continant and soon even the oceans were not safe. People died and there was very little anyone could do about it but try and find a way to survive All the world might as well be gone, and all that remains is Japan. The island lost all contatct with the world when it was shot free of Asia during a ruetine nuclar blast. It started to subtly drift and over the past thirty years it has started to adjust to this isolated existence. Some took to the water, building pirate communities, those few brave enough to venture into the world and take what could be worth taking and bringing it back for trade. Japan is a hard place to live, even if the city still stands in its former beauty of yesteryear, the law is different. Nothing is safe and it seems like everyone has a second agenda. No one is what they seem, and with cyborgs getting more advanced with every passing day, will it soon become a robot run country? Or will there be a balance between technology, piracy and humanity?
